KNITTING
We are having our knitting capacity of 12,000 Kg per day. We are using a wide range of circular knitting machines like single jersey, double jersey, auto striper, feeder striper, ribbs, fleece, terry and computer jacquard.

YARN DYEING
We have latest H.T.H.P yarn dyeing plant with the capacity of 9,000 kg per day with the lot size of 100, 300, 400, 600, 1000, and 1200 in kgs. The yarn is being dyed with latest techniques of cheese winding & eco friendly dyes and chemical of international standards are being used. Radio frequency dryer is used for drying.

FABRIC DYEING
With a total capacity of 10,000 Kg per day, Soft Flow and H.T.H.P machines are used for fabric dyeing. After squeezing the fabric from balloon paders, Relax dryers are being used for drying. This allows us to achieve the desired quality parameters.

FABRIC FINISHING
We have one of the best finishing units comprising of Stenturing (Icomatex), Compacting (FERRARO), Sueding (Mariocrosta) etc.

GARMENTING
We have more than 2000 stitching machines & have a capacity to manufacture 2 million pcs of knitted garments per month in our neat & clean state of art campus. To add more value we have well trained work force to handle the machinery for any styles which the buyer may require.

LAUNDRY
Fabric: We have in-house washing facility for more than 15,000 Kg of fabric per day.

Garment: We have in-house washing facility of 80,000 garments per day.

EMBROIDERY
We have 11 in house multi-head, multi-colored computerized embroidery machines.

PRINTING
We have state of art printing machines which are equipped with modern facility like MHM 8 colors & spiders with 8 colors. We are also having Rotary Printing for printing of Fabrics.

LABORATORY
We have in house laboratory in around 1500 sq. feet area with latest equipments for yarn and fabric testing like count, TPI, yarn strength, blend strength, colour fastness, GSM, pilling, shrinkage etc. Colour matching and shade analysis is done on Mcbeth Spectra Light III and Spectro photo meter.

SAMPLING
We can develop fabrics patterns as well as garment samples as per requirement of our buyers. We have small lot size machines for yarn and fabric dyeing. We can develop the samples within 2 weeks starting from knitting, dyeing, to garmenting.
